Brooker's Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Logan UT is an ice cream shop that makes homemade, super-premium ice cream and serves milkshakes, sundaes, cakes and other desserts. We offer 32 flavor options and present them in cones, cups, sundaes and milkshakes. In the shop we scoop servings to order, blend milkshakes at the counter, assemble layered sundaes and decorate cakes for pickup. The dining area and service counter sit within a Revolutionary War setting, with colonial decor and period touches in the display. Staff wear period costumes while serving to add an entertaining layer to each visit, so customers leave with a dessert and a memorable, themed outing.
When you visit we guide you from the flavor board to the finished dish. Orders begin at the counter where staff in period costume take details, scoop the selected ice cream, or blend and finish a milkshake, then wrap or plate the dessert for dine-in or takeout. Cakes and larger dessert orders are discussed with staff at the shop so we can confirm flavor, layers and pick-up plans. We package group orders and bring sundaes and shakes to tables when guests prefer to sit. Staff explain portion sizes and suggested pairings, we handle payment at the counter and offer both dine-in and takeout options so each visit is clear and simple.
